How long does a typical repair take?

A repair on a phone normally takes under two hours. On a iPad, computer or game console this is closer to four hours. This timeframe is quoted in order to allow time to be taken to ensure the most quality repairs possible.

Why are the repairs cheaper than local stores?

My background includes working for brick and mortar stores doing phone repairs, so I understand the industry. I source quality parts from vendors that are able to provide their components at a discount. I also aim to provide low prices to people as I know their devices are important to them.

Why is there a deposit on repairs?

In order to keep prices low, a deposit needs to be charged in order to help cover the price of ordering the parts. This deposit will go into the cost of the repair. Deposits are not refundable.
